I loved it! We all loved it! It was my first AirBnB experience, and it was excellent. Positive: The location was excellent. It was a two minute walk to the gate of oldtown, and there were restaurants very close. It was clean and spacious. Negative: It was extremely difficult to find where to park and to access the underground parking. The underground parking felt a bit tight and was stressful to drive into and out of... BUT, so what... I parked and the whole trip was amazing!

Muy bien Positive: La ubicación. Muy fácil el acceso. El primer día que llegamos antes el dpto estaba listo! Y el último día nos guardaron las valijas hasta las 17hs!!! Negative: Faltaba cortina en una ventana con lo cual entraba demasiada luz desde termotano

Bel appartement, idéalement placé Positive: Appartement proche du vieux Québec (5min à pied), facile d’accès à la sortie de l’autoroute. Bel appartement, décoré avec goût et très bien équipé (lave linge, sèche linge, lave vaisselle…). Personnel très accueillant Negative: Rien, tout était parfait

Positive: Bien situé proche du vieux Québec Negative: Photo et description trompeuse. Il n’y a pas de chambre séparée. Le lit est dans le salon / cuisine. Le matelas du lit est usé et l’assise penche vers le côté du lit (très désagréable). Le second lit (canapé lit) n’est pas confortable.

Bien Positive: Facillité d’accès Negative: Pour l’appartement 406 a revoir : Douche tres sale et présence de moissisure, Crochet de porte de salle de bain mal fixé Poigné de porte de salle de bain a réparé Stationnenement, les indications disait d’utiliser le stationnement #50, ce stationnement était utilisé par une autre voiture tout le long du séjour.

Positive: Emplacement près du vieux Québec. Facilité pour parking. Correspond aux photos. Bonne réactivité du personnel

Location is Perfect - Just outside the gates to old town. Positive: Les Immeubles is a fabulous location, less than 3 blocks from the Saint Jean Gate entrance to old town. It is also one block away from Rue Saint Jean in upper town, that offered blocks of great restaurants and grocery stores to choose from. The building is also right on major bus routes. We stayed in apartment 406. It was a spacious studio unit with full kitchen and washer/dryer. Bed was comfy, linens and towels were top notch. The unit and the building is modern and clean.

Ideale Wohnung um Quebec zu erkunden Positive: Moderne und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Küche war gut ausgestattet (ausser den Gläsern). Top Lage, alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Garagenplatz ist praktisch. Netter Empfang. Negative: Fernseher inkl Netflix, Youtube etc war unbrauchbar wegen der schlechten Internetverbindung. Leider schafften wir es auch nicht die alten DVD abzuspielen.

It was a great stay! The location is excellent — within walking distance to Old Quebec without a steep climb, and close to Rue Saint-Jean where you can find everything you need: groceries, liquor stores, cafés, and restaurants. The room was clean and well-equipped, with one bed, a sofa (note: not a sofa bed), a washer and dryer, and a kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking supplies. The only inconvenience was that the intercom at the entrance didn’t work.

Apparemment très confortable, super équipé et hyper bien situé : nous avons adoré ! Positive: Emplacement parfait, équipe flexible et très réactive, équipements au top : tout est là et les lits sont ultra confortables ! J’espère pouvoir revenir ici lors d’un prochain séjour. Negative: Rien, c’était parfait.

Clean, modern, convenient location with a friendly staff Positive: the location was very centrally located. Apt very clean and modern. Nice linens and bedding and very quiet. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Negative: The ONLY negative thing I have to say is the big windows face an office building that never shuts out their lights at night. The blackout shades do not block out the lights and so the apartment is fully lit at 5 am. I slept with an eye mask but if you are looking for a dark room for sleeping this is not it. Could have used more drinking glasses I think there was one.

This was the perfect place for my husband and I during our visit to Quebec. Highly recommend! Positive: Loved the location and it's walking-distance proximity to Old Quebec as well as dining options. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the decor and the fact that there is a full kitchen as well as washer and dryer. Negative: The washing machine has quite a bit of mildew built up on the rubber lining at the base of the door and is in desperate need of a deep bleach cleaning. I was concerned our clothes were getting dirtier rather than cleaner when we washed them!

Positive: Appartamento 406. Molto pulito, cucina ben attrezzata, bel bagno con doccia molto comoda. Lavatrice, asciugatrice e lavapiatti: tutto ok. Rachel alla reception è stata eccezionale: ha risolto ogni piccolo problema (accendendo più elettrodomestici è saltata la corrente) subito e con il sorriso. Posizione molto centrale, ci si può spostare a piedi. Negozio di alimentari molto vicino. Parcheggio (a pagamento) comodo. Negative: Un po' rumoroso. Non c'è una vera camera da letto, è uno "studio", non molto spazioso: in 4 con il divano letto aperto si è un po' stretti.

Great Location-Fair Studio Positive: The location was excellent !! Just 3 blocks from Old Quebec & City Wall. Raquel was the best concierge, spoke Spanish and very helpful. Christian was nice, too. Very clean, although I found dirty socks in closet & chocolate wrap behind bed- dead cockroach, too, next to Sofa-Bed on the second day. It was full of new cooking gadgets and utensils!!! Impressive!! Negative: In ad in Booking.com, it advertised as 1 bedroom with sofa bed, when my wife, my mother and I got there, it was an ACTUAL STUDIO!!! NOT a 1 BEDROOM!!! My Wife and I had no Privacy!! My Mom slept in Sofa-Bed & we were all on top of each other!! Thanks to Rachel, we had enough Toiletries. She brought us more. Would have wanted more basic amenities like salt, pepper, oil, etc. By, the way, the TV NEVER WORKED the whole time we were there....!!! Just the first night!!! We managed to see Opening of the Olympic Games and that was IT!!! The Concierge downstairs tried to fix it & couldn't, we called the Property Manager, left message & she never called us back!! We were without TV the rest of the 3 nights we were there!!! & Paying $960 for our STAY!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! They said they would send technician & he never came. Very frustrating & disappointing, considering this a high-end AirBnB.

Positive: Emplacement appartement moderne bien décoré bien équipé bonne literie Negative: Un store occultant bloque en bas. Nous n y avons pas touché mais après notre départ quelqu'un l a cassé .. Ménage?? Cela nous a valu une réclamation de la part de l accueil. Nous confirmons n avoir pas cassé ce store.

Tres bon séjour Positive: Emplacement idéal pour visiter le Vieux Québec, à pied. Proximité d’une supérette qui permet de faire quelques course pour le petit-déjeuner. Accueil très agréable par la réception. Possibilité de parking moyennent supplément. Negative: Dans notre logement , pas de chambre séparée de la partie salon/cuisine (contrairement à ce que nous avions compris du descriptif sur le site de réservation) Vaisselle pas complète.

Positive: Bon emplacement Negative: Pas assez propre L’agent notait réellement le numéro de carte crédit sur une feuille !!!!!!! Franchement c’est pas faisable ce truc

Ça aurait été parfait (cher, mais parfait) si cela n'avait pas été le problème d'eau. Positive: l'appartement était très bien Negative: Il y avait un problème de plomberie et il n'y avait pas d'eau dans l'appartement et il m'a été impossible de rejoindre qui que ce soit pour régler le problème pendant que j'étais là.
